We are not a contractor and do not perform ceiling removal, drywall, painting, asbestos abatement, or any other physical work at your property.

Who performs the work

All on-site work is performed by independent third-party contractors who hold their own licenses and insurance. Any contract for services is entered into directly between you and the contractor who quotes and performs the work. Midlothian Popcorn Ceiling Removal is not a party to that contract.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided by the contractor after an on-site walkthrough. Pricing, scheduling, scope, warranties, and any guarantees are the responsibility of the individual contractor and are set out in the agreement you sign directly with them.
